Every year we get together for Poohbah's b-day (Happy Birthday Poohbah!) and have brunch followed by the annual Christmas tree hunt. This year, due to Lauren's early morning visit to the hospital, we missed breakfast with the family. We didn't want to miss out on the perfect snowy weather and since Lauren was feeling better, we met the rest of the family up at the tree farm in the afternoon. Poohbah and JoJo brought a sled to pull Lauren around. She was rather cold but when we took her off, she wanted back on for the ride. It was perfect. I think the fresh air did her good as once she was warm in the car she chatted the entire ride home.
