Big Smiles

No matter how hectic your morning, no matter how bad your day...you can't help but smile when Lauren decides she's having a good time. As JoJo points out, her eyes show she's smiling as much as her mouth. Lucky for us, she is a pretty happy baby...giving us lots of smiles...and love.

Boat Show

This past weekend was the Annapolis power boat show where we got to go explore boats we can only dream of owning. Lauren seemed to enjoy the day even though several people assumed she was a boy in her warm VT outfit. She slept through the boring parts and was wide awake for the exciting yachts. I think she liked the one with the full bathtub, washer, and dryer.

Pumpkin Patch

We made our annual Wilbering trip to Cox Farm this weekend...I am not sure if it is getting more popular or if the weather just brought out families by the truckload but it was as crowded as we've ever seen it. We dressed Lauren in her pumpkin outfit (of course its a footed one) and she was quite the trooper. More kids though means more distractions and more potential for meltdowns at picture time!!! Ryan and Brooke had a blast, as always, and this year Saylor enjoyed the slides as well. After the morning session of hayrides, slides, and animal watching we had a tailgate picnic to give us energy for the afternoon session of cornfield mazes, hay tunnels and of course more slides.
