Two weekends ago, we tried to head to the shore, twice. On our first trip, we realized we forgot BOB and by the time we got home and ready to leave again, it was early afternoon. So we decided to wait until Sunday to head out so we would have more time. Of course on Sunday, traffic was so backed up due to the bridge accident that we didn't even attempt the trip.
Thankfully, the weather was beautiful so this Sunday, we loaded up the truck and headed out for the longest car ride of Lauren's life. She did great!
Here are a couple photos...the first one is Mike in his Captain t-shirt and Lauren with her matching First Mate shirt as we motored around the marina. Mike refused to wear the shirt except for the photo, Lauren wore hers all day. The second photo is of Susan and the "Bobs"...the girls went for a walk as the boys were out fishing.
