Lauren was surprised by GG and Papere with her own brand new rocking chair. She loves it! It is still a little big for her but she climbs right up into it. We're not crazy that she likes to stand on it and rock but she hasn't taken a big fall...yet. I think we'll leave it downstairs on the carpet for now!
In the afternoon we headed out to Clemyjontri park (a huge park for kids with all kinds of slides and swings and even a full carousel) for even more fun. Lauren spent a good ten minutes on the rocking car and even then had to be coaxed into leaving it to play in the other areas. As you can see from the photos below, she was having a great time!

What a cool park! I have never heard of that one. It's on my list to see now. Looks like she had a ball! So cute.

I remember the times you gave mom heart problems because she would find you standing up on the very edge of the rocking chair as it rocked back-n-forth. We had wood floors instead of carpet!
